Since elementary school days, I have been a leader to a group and almost every organization I joined. In school, church and some interests groups, they always nominate or appoint me as president if not the vice-president. I don't know their basis but I'm sure that I accepted the responsibility not because of the position but I know from my heart that It has been my passion to share and think of the common welfare of the people in every group and organization where I decided to become a part of. I always consider those positions as an opportunity for me to share my passion to help and make a difference to a lot of people. As John Maxwell said, “A great leader's courage to fulfill his vision comes from passion, not position.” Once I become a part of the mission of any group, I commit myself to take part in the growth and success of every member and the whole organization.
Commitment to service. As a leader, it's a significant moment to become part of every one's successes and a fulfilling experience to be by their side during breakdowns not to weep with them but to give hope and empower to bring out the best in them. As a president of the Engineering Students Central Council for 1 year during College and a church youth leader for 10years in our church local congregation, It was really a priceless opportunity to render service to my members. As from Peaceful Warrior, "There's no higher purpose, than service to others."
Passion to share and add value to people. Even when I'm still employed, I'm always dreaming to be of massive help to our country and other people especially to my relatives and to those who matters most to me. Until I realized that just by being employed won't get me to these dreams. And now that I chose to build my empire in the world of business and investment, my passion didn't die. Even if I'm busy building my businesses, I still find time to share all the more to those who are willing to learn. Sharing my mistakes and failures before achieving my successes will serve as Leverage for those I coach and mentor. What my business mentors shared to me shortened my way to achieving my goals because I leveraged from their experiences. And now, I am paying it forward to my apprentices and to the readers of my blog. I hope this blog will shorten your journey to success.

Humility. From my experiences, be it mistakes, failures or successes, I discovered that learning is a lifelong process. Even successful and wealthy people admit that as long as they are alive, there are still a lot of things to learn. I will never forget to give credits to those who were and will be instrumental in my journey to my successes. Thank you to all my senior business coaches and mentors. Above all, I will always bring back the Glory to God, Who is the source of infinite wisdom.
My mission. I believe in the goodness and vast potential of humankind. It will be a part of my personal mission to help others discover and unleash their maximum potential. This is what I stand for and I am committed to those who believe that they deserve to be great and successful!
"Leaders instill in their people a hope for success and a belief in themselves. Positive leaders empower people to accomplish their goals."
