It will all start with your own energy

Energy is what we need to create everything. We don't need money to create money but merely energy. If we have positive energy and has the ability to transfer to other people, then all other resources including money will be created. We will realize in the end that money is just a bonus and all other resources is far more important especially the luxury of time which is the most important resources indeed!

To achieve time freedom, we need first to invest to raise our own energy and other people's energy. The big question is, where do we put our energy most of the time? Will it give us in the end what we really want to enjoy?

It doesn't take money to make money

It doesn't take money to make money. Big capital doesn't guarantee bigger success in business. Money is not the main requirement to be successful in business. Business skill is. And business skill is gained by education and by actually doing it. So why delay starting just because of waiting for the money? You can actually start small  or even without your own money if you already have the skill, then eventually make it big while gaining more skills in building your business.

Therefore, what we really need the most is time.Time to learn and educate ourselves in building a business. Even if you have the capital but don't have the skill, that's very risky. The more skills you have, the lesser is the risk. So where do you spend the most of your time? Is it on gaining the skills by actually starting your business now or earning the money to start your business until you find you are already old. In the end, as from Tim Sales words: "It's not really about money but your TRUE VALUE and personal growth and the value you add to other people's growth". If you invest now in yourself through education by experience then money will just follow. As Warren Buffet advise, "Invest in yourself. You are your best asset."

Coach, Are You Not Practising Your Profession?

One of the players of the Cash flow Game I moderated in Makati once asked: "Coach, are you not practising your profession?" I answered, "I am." "Then why are you not employed as a Civil Engineer?" Then I said, "Most Civil Engineers who practise in the E or S quadrant barely had the chance to build their own building because they almost spend their lives constructing other people's building. If they had the chance, It's only houses and most likely they are just liabilities instead of assets.
For me, I chose to practice CE in the B and I quadrant because not only will I had the chance to build businesses which will be my assets but also eventually design and construct my own buildings, which will also be my own assets."
